List Biological Laboratories is a biotechnology company located in Campbell. We are looking for a high energy individual that can self motivate to stay on top of the shipping and receiving department. We will train the right person without experience. We offer a dynamic and congenial company environment and the convenience of working in the South Bay.
Work hours: 7:30pm - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping
Prepare shipment documentation
Prepare labels and prepare packages following regulations and ensuring accuracy
Research best carriers / methods to ship products to different regions/ countries based on the current regulations
Arrange appropriate transportation of internal shipments
Assist external and internal customers with shipping inquiries
Receiving
Receive packages from third party vendors
Inspect packages and report damage or issues
Inspect packages received, verify contents against packing slips, and update the purchasing software to show POs as received
Deliver packages to the requesting departments
Inventory record maintenance
Handle timely inventory transfer in and out of inventory locations and ensure accurate inventory records
Monitor inventory to ensure materials are available at time of shipment
Perform physical inventory count and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Proficient in computer systems
Good communication skills, both in written and verbal
Excellent organizational and efficient time management skills
Must have the ability to lift/carry, push and pull up to 50lbs
