Looking for an experienced Laborer/ Journeyman who can perform the tasks without supervision. Salary $25.00-$30.00/hr. This position is only for 3 mos (maybe extended depending on the job demands).
Qualifications:
1. Physically fit & high endurance -able to lift heavy materials, operate all types of hand and power tools.
2. Good communication skills-able to read labels, safety warnings and guidelines.
3. Strong work ethic -able to work independently or as part of the team, able to receive and follow instructions.
4. High school diploma or GED certificate
5. Minimum 2 years experience in construction industry.
6. Must be able to drive construction truck.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of manual labor on job site. Operate hand and power tools of all types Excavate and install or remove shoring, load unload materials, backfill excavation, finish concrete sidewalk, clean site.
2. Maintain truck ,tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
3. Maintain clean, safe and organized work area.
4. Perform other duties as necessary.
About us- small business based in San Francisco, we remove underground storage tanks in Bay Area.
