Job Description: Warehouse Associate
Job Functions:
Trimming and sorting hemp flower
Ensure a high level of efficiency and quality when working with input materials
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisor
Ensure the highest level of integrity to avoid product loss and maintain a professional work environment
Complete repetitive tasks to meet daily quotas while maintaining quality and efficiency
Provide timely feedback and/or suggestions for continuous process improvement
Wear employer provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
Labeling product such as super sacks, bags and boxes appropriately
Consolidating inventory to keep the warehouse organized at all times
Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and complete pre and post-production duties with consistency and thoroughness.
Operate all equipment, instrumentation, or machinery as instructed in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility to contribute toward a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations, access/security protocols, dress codes, and schedules
Job Requirements:
Previous packaging Cannabis or Hemp handling experience preferred but not required
Reliable Transportation / Responsible and Accountable
Attention to detail
Remaining in a standing or sitting position for extended periods
Able to lift up to 25lbs regularly, 50lbs infrequently
Ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Hand and finger dexterity required for extended periods
Wearing gloves, mask, and other required protective gear for extended periods when required
Must be 21+ years of old
Compensation:
Starting at $22 an hour
Benefits available after 90 days
Work Schedule:
Currently looking for:
7am – 3:30PM Monday to Friday
8AM – 4:30PM Saturday & Sunday
