Position: Pest Technician Trainee
Job Overview:
We are looking for individuals who:
Enjoy working independently.
Prefer working outdoors.
Have experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or similar hands-on fields.
Take pride in eliminating problem rodents and bugs effectively.
Training: All necessary training will be provided.
Compensation: 27/Hr. Must pass structural Branch 2 license test and Wildlife Trappers test in the first 90 days. Plenty of training provided.
This is an entry-level position which may lead into becoming a route technician. Our Route technicians earn a base pay plus a large bonus for all the work they complete. The more work done at quality, the larger the comp sensation . For example :Annual salary ranges for our route technicians range from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on workload and quality and efficiency.

A Day in the Role:
Everyday maybe a little bit different in the utility technician role. You may go trap squirrels today, and help out with a rodent exclusion job tomorrow. Some days you will work on your own, other days you'll help out with a team service. The utility technician's job is to help support the route technicians, and the office. Head sometimes you're a firefighter, sometimes you're a salesman. We will provide plenty of training for all, and this will help round out a trainee into becoming an excellent route technician in the future.
This job is well-suited for individuals with experience in Hands-On trades, concrete, janitorial, gardening, landscaping, or construction. And it's also great for folks who are done with the indoor working environment and want to work outdoors. It's a peaceful and rewarding role with opportunities for growth!

Capable of working on uneven terrain.
Comfortable digging holes, working from hands and knees, and walking up and down steep hillsides.
