Small family run winery and vineyard is seeking responsible and driven individual to join our team. We take pride in our work but also strive to provide a fun and relaxed working environment. Good flexibility and room for growth.
Starting as part time position with the possibilities of full time work if you are willing and able to work around the winery, tasting room and vineyard. Part time days requested are any 3 days between Thursday-Sunday.
Outdoor maintenance and landscape work is priority with tasks including but not limited to: riding lawnmower, weeding, trimming, blowing/raking leafs, small tractor work, maintenance/repairs, general upkeep/beautification, landscaping, etc. Indoor work includes but not limited to: cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, windows, bathrooms, and other general upkeep. Some tasting room assistance will also be requested to help work load/flow on busy weekends or events.
The right individual would be willing to help with vineyard maintenance and upkeep working directly along side winemaker/vineyard manager. Winery assistance will also be possible with training provided.
Starting wage between $21-22.5/hr based on experience and willingness and room for growth and bonuses. Also tip share from tasting room days.
