Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate meetings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization

Support executive staff with administrative tasks and special projects

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
