Responsibilities:Independently handle complex child custody disputes and divorces, including issues of domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health.Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondenceDrafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and ordersCorresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding casesProvide empathy and compassion for our clients while empowering them to control their lives.Regularly represent clients in court, including motions, hearings, and trials.Regularly represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.Qualifications:5+ years of experience working as a family law attorney.Licensed to practice law in the State of California.Successful experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $105,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
