San Francisco real estate litigation firm seeks associate attorney with 0-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have unlawful detainer experience, however we will train the right candidate with a willingness to learn San Francisco housing law. Must be willing to make court appearances and have the ability to handle cases from intake to conclusion. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to multitask independently.
Responsibilities will include and relate to all phases of litigation:
Case management
Drafting pleadings
Law and motion practice
Drafting and responding to discovery
Court appearances – hearings, settlement conferences, trial call

Salary: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
