Vogl Meredith Burke & Streza LLP is seeking a full-time litigation associate with CA Bar Membership with at least 3 years of relevant litigation experience. Established in 1992, Vogl Meredith Burke LLP is a firm comprised of trial attorneys who specialize in the defense and prosecution of complex litigated matters.
This position offers a qualified candidate the opportunity to work on various types of cases including but not limited to general liability, personal injury, habitability and employment. Responsibilities will include all phases of litigation, from preparing responsive pleadings to written discovery and depositions, dispositive and other motions, and trial preparation. The position will also entail communicating with partners and clients concerning the status of litigated matters.
