Boutique law firm is seeking an entry-level to three years civil litigation attorney to work on the firm's expanding case load in the areas of Real Property, Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, Construction and Personal Injury.
Responsibilities:
Appearance in court for hearings either in person or remotely
Research, analysis and writing/memos/motions
Prepare and respond to discovery, review and organize documents and prep for depositions
Assist on prep for mediation, arbitration and trial and participate in same
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, highly organized, and will possess the ability to work and communicate well with others. Must be reliable, flexible and able to work within deadlines with other attorneys and paralegals. Proficient computer skills required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Additional qualifications:
1. Licensed California attorney with minimum 0-3 years relevant experience,
2. Exceptional communication skills, ability to write clearly, including attention for detail.
Able to work independently. Highest standards of integrity and ethics.
Able to manage a workload, prioritize and manage expectations.
