Welty, Weaver & Currie, a distinguished law firm with a longstanding commitment to excellence, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to join our dedicated team in Healdsburg, CA. The ideal candidate will be a superstar in Estate Planning, Advanced Trust Administration, and Trust Administration, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience. This is an in-office position, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No remote work is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with complex Estate Planning, Advanced Trust Administration, and Trust Administration matters.

Prepare, draft, and review legal documents related to estate planning and trust administration.

Conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation to support case preparation.

Maintain and organize client files and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other parties to facilitate smooth administration of trusts and estates.

Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a paralegal with a strong focus on Estate Planning, Complex Trust Administration, Probate, and Real Property related matters.

Exceptional knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and state/federal regulations related to estate planning and trust administration.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Energetic, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
