Boutique law firm is seeking experienced civil litigation paralegal to work on the firm's expanding case load in the areas of Real Property, Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, Construction and Personal Injury.
Responsibilities:
Schedule hearings for Case Management Conferences, ex-parte and motion appearances
Coordinate with opposing counsel regarding depositions, motions and discovery
Prepare and respond to discovery, review and organize documents and prep for depositions
Assist on prep for mediation, arbitration and trial and participate in same
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, highly organized, and will possess the ability to work and communicate well with others. Must be reliable, flexible and able to work within deadlines with attorneys and other office staff. Proficient computer skills required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Abacus calendaring system a plus.
