We are seeking a mid-level civil litigation attorney with at least four years’ relevant experience, preferably in commercial, real estate and employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in brief writing, law and motion, discovery, taking/defending depositions, mediation, trial preparation, second chair trial experience and appeals.
