Small San Francisco real estate telecommunications law firm (in existence for over 30 years) seeks attorneys licensed in California to team on a contract basis in the review, drafting and negotiation of real estate leases, amendments, and other typical real estate agreements. Work assignments will also involve conducting limited due diligence of title, environmental, land use entitlements, and other typical real estate evaluation components.
The ideal candidate will have been 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate leasing and/or the communications industry, and possess superior interpersonal skills and communications skills, excellent word processing and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Excel Spreadsheets. We will consider a licensed attorney with less or more experience if the attorney has a particular interest in doing sophisticated transactional work. Our office does no litigation.
Candidates are welcome to work remotely (after receiving training) or from our comfortable open work space in the South Beach section of San Francisco (in walking distance from the CalTrain Station and Oracle Park).
Contract assignments could be up to 24 months (or longer) depending on client requirements, and should provide a rewarding and fun experience for attorneys interested in transactional real estate and seeing real estate deals evolve from start to finish.
