We’re a Bankruptcy & Personal Injury law firm with offices in San Jose, Palo Alto, and Texas. We’re hiring a part-time Intake / Case Manager — no huge caseload, hands-on training, and a real path to full-time career with benefits.
Pay & Setup:
$28/hr to start (DOE), 1099
2–3 weeks in-office training (San Jose or Palo Alto)
Then mostly remote (just 1 office day/week)
Growth path to FT role + higher pay + benefits
Your Role:
Talk with new leads + sign up clients
Coordinate treatment at local clinics, check on progress
Open 1st and 3rd party claims
Assemble demand packages (we’ll train you)
You:
PI (auto accident) experience = great, but not required
Organized, tech-savvy, reliable, strong communicator
