Responsibilities:
Advise clients on estate planning, handle documents, and provide exceptional support.
Collaborate with notary/administrative staff for seamless client interactions.
Communicate with clients, conduct deed research, and address unique needs.
Contribute to the development of proprietary legal software.
What We’re Looking For:
California Bar license required.
Strong academic background; estate planning experience a plus.
Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in a second language preferred.
