Opportunity for near-future firm ownership interest for the experienced applicant. Optimal candidate has the following qualifications: 1. Tax Accounting background or advanced tax degree, 2. Experience drafting advanced tax planning trusts and entities, 3. Probate court experience drafting petitions and motions as well as appearances, 4. Experience creating business entities (corporations, partnerships, LLC's), 5. Basic understanding of real estate sales and transfers.
This position also requires superior communication, drafting, writing, research, and organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team member and prioritize and track the status of matters from beginning to end.
