THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of family law practice in California to join our team. The ideal candidate has courtroom and litigation experience, demonstrates strong written and oral advocacy skills, and works well both independently and collaboratively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters
Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations
Provide strategic counsel to clients with sensitivity and professionalism
Collaborate with staff and colleagues in a supportive team environment
Maintain compliance with firm policies and professional responsibility standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
J.D. and active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience
Excellent research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Strong communication and client management abilities
Ability to manage a caseload with independence and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience)
