Small law firm seeks family law attorney for flexible remote position (can be anywhere). In the event that court-appearances in-person are required (quite rare, as we can contract with appearance attorneys as needed), you would be compensated for travel. Pay is $100/hour plus bonuses. You will be given your own paralegal and someone to do your calendaring. We use and provide Lexis AI as well as Clio Draft.
Boss is flexible and not a micromanagerjust wants the job to get done and clients to be happy.
Also open to negotiating you keeping 50% of whatever you bill if that arrangement works better for you as opposed to the hourly (you would make more that way).
Must be a California licensed attorney. Willing to take someone relatively new if they are motivated and a self-starter who learns quickly and is adept at using electronic resources.
