Hello, our home is currently in an irrevocable trust. We are looking for a tax attorney with capital gains experience and knowledge. Other experiences might include knowledge around step-up-in-basis, appraisals, audits & SB 9 lot splits.
Gig: to provide some guidance with selling a family home and how capital gains might impact things.
If you are a CPA with relevant experience or even a Real Estate Attorney with SB 9 experience, feel free to respond as well.
We can fill you in with some other details as well that might impact things.
