Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. Duties
Represent clients in court or before government agencies in various legal matters.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Provide expert advice on personal injury law, workers' compensation law, immigration law, and securities law.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress within the law office.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Skills
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and workers' compensation law.
Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to write clearly and persuasively for various audiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal issues effectively.
