Morales Fierro & Reeves, a nationally recognized insurance coverage, defense and bad faith litigation firm, is seeking an attorney to join our practice as a full or part time team member. The position may be in-house, remote or hybrid. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience analyzing insurance coverage, preparing coverage opinions, counseling clients and/or experience in insurance litigation.
Duties will include:
Drafting coverage opinions;
Counseling and advising clients;
Managing an assigned caseload;
Taking and defending depositions;
Attending hearings, arbitration and mediation; and
Drafting legal memorandum, complaints, discovery, and motions
The candidate should possess strong research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as within a team.
Candidate must be licensed and in good standing to practice in California. Additional Nevada or Arizona licensing is a plus.
