Whitemore James Black is presently assisting our a prestigious mid-sized law firm on their search for a contract IP Litigation Attorney. This role is fully remote, but an active license in the state the attorney resides is required for this role.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of prior IP Litigation Experience. The role will primarily focus on patent and trade secret litigation, though some copyright and other commercial litigation matters may arise.
As this role is remote, this role will focus extensively on legal research & writing.
The hourly rate for this role is starting at $100 an hour, with higher ranges considered based on background and experience.
