We are currently seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience for our Petaluma office (working remotely is welcomed) to assist in our growing caseload. Our practice areas include, but are not limited to: personal injury, construction defect, employment law, general counsel services, probate litigation, insurance defense, and general business litigation. Experience in any of these fields is a plus but not required.
We are looking for an attorney who likes to work hard, wants to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it. The ideal candidate has at least one to three years litigation experience. The attorney should expect to handle a fast-paced litigation environment, including managing a complete case load, interacting with clients, writing reports, drafting motions, conducting discovery, preparing for trial, and preparing other legal documents. You will also be expected to take depositions and appear in court regularly.
