Growing, mid-sized, downtown Santa Rosa law firm has an opening for a full-time transactional assistant with a minimum of three - five years legal secretarial experience. Primary focus is on transactional work, including real estate and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Qualified applicants are required to be well organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must have superior attention to detail/proofreading skills.
