Growing, mid-sized, downtown Santa Rosa law firm has an opening for a word processor in our litigation department with a minimum of three to five years of legal secretarial/assistant experience. Qualified applicants are required to be well organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must have superior attention to detail/proofreading skills. We are looking for an experienced legal assistant who can handle over-flow work. Must be able to format documents, proofread, prepare TOCs/TOAs and discovery shells, and can meet deadline demands.
