Whitemore James Black is presently working with the boutique San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a Litigation Associate. The San Francisco office works with top companies alongside their internal scientists on exciting FDA litigation involving products we use in our everyday lives. Target billables are 1800 with bonuses starting at 1800.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior law firm litigation experience. Prior FDA experience is not required, but experience in one of the below practice areas is preferred:
False Advertising
Environmental / Prop 65
Products Liability
Employment Law / Occupational Health
Privacy
Telecommunications
Due to the subject matter, a degree in a scientific field or mathematics is helpful, or prior experience working on related matters.
