Oium, Reyen & Pryor (ORP) is a dynamic civil litigation law firm based in San Francisco. Our firm represents health care providers in a variety of settings, including medical negligence actions, licensing board investigations, and risk management counseling. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated litigation attorney who is focused on developing their practice and looking for an opportunity to thrive in an environment that values collaboration, integrity, and excellent representation.
About the Position
2-6 years of litigation experience required.
Experience in medical negligence defense is especially helpful.
Duties vary and include taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery;
Drafting reports to clients, communicating with expert witnesses, preparing expert consultants/witnesses, making court appearances; and
Working closely with other attorneys to prepare cases for trial.

Maintain an active license with the State Bar of California.
What You Can Expect
$120,000 - $135,000 annual salary, plus opportunity for performance bonuses.
