Small litigation firm with emphasis in personal injury defense seeks a litigation attorney with 3-10 years’ civil litigation experience to join our team in a collegial, friendly work environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the files assigned to you with a degree of autonomy based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience either at a heavy volume-driven PI Plaintiff or at a PI defense firm and is a self-starter who is looking for a long-term position to call home. Insurance defense experience preferred but not required. Excellent legal writing required. You will work up the file from inception to trial. We offer exciting cases with a statewide practice in personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and others.
