Law Office of V. Winnie Tungpagasit is a small boutique law firm in San Mateo specializing in estate planning. We are currently seeking a part-time (15-20hrs a week) attorney to support our expanding estate plan, probate, and trust administration practice. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience as an attorney, preferably in estate planning. We are looking for someone who i) is interested in estate planning, ii) is personable, computer proficient, and detail oriented, and iii) has an ability to handle day-to-day demands and workflow independently.
Responsibilities will include:
Prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives.
Prepare deeds and tax forms relating to transfer of title for real properties.
Working closely with clients as necessary.
Conduct legal research and analysis related to trusts and estates.
