Christy, Keith & Donnell Family Law Group, P.C. is seeking an attorney with two to four years of family law experience to join our exceptional team.
From our primary offices in the Montclair District of the Oakland Hills, our team of skilled attorneys and staff provide superior legal representation to individuals throughout the Bay Area in all aspects of family law. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task, track and meet deadlines effectively, interact well with clients, have excellent verbal and writing skills, and demonstrate empathy for families going through challenging transitions. The position will involve significant litigation work. Must have experience running support calculations and using Essential Forms, Attorney's Briefcase, and Westlaw legal research. Experience with ProLaw a plus. Reasonable billable hours and generous benefits. A commitment to serving others through the law is an absolute requirement.
Minimum Qualifications
Membership in good standing in the CA Bar.
Two to four years of family law experience.
Strong personal work ethic and ability to organize time, manage diverse activities, and meet critical deadlines with
minimal supervision.
Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with ability to be detail oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Curious and self-directed with an ability to anticipate what needs to be done.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a firm grasp of individual project details.
Ability and willingness to travel to all Bay Area courts as needed.
Bilingual ability in Spanish a plus.
Compensation
Compensation depends on experience. Benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance coverage, dental and vision insurance, group disability plan, 401K plan with employer match after one-year, monthly parking garage reimbursement.
This is an in-person position. However, we may offer hybrid work schedule options, depending on experience, performance, and circumstances. Our offices are conveniently located within walking distance of a variety of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms and the like.
