We are a small but busy Personal Injury Law Firm located in Hayward, California. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to join our team.
Requirements:
-1-2 years of prior experience working at a law firm
-Bilingual Spanish-speaker (written & verbal)
-Must be able to work full-time in-person
Responsibilities include:
-Great and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
-Answer and transfer phone calls
-Handle incoming and outgoing packages and/or mail
-File correspondence, maintain and organize client files
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff as needed
