Temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant (April - September)We are seeking a confident and organized individual for a temporary role supporting the Legal Talent Acquisition team. This role will start in April and end in September, with a pay range of $30-$38 per hour (DOE).This role is hybrid in San FranciscoMust haves:Bachelor's degree requiredProficiency in Outlook (especially scheduling), Word, Excel, PowerPointMust have some recruiting experience- internship okay, ideal 2+ years (experience in legal recruiting is a plus but not required)Responsibilities:Assist with law student and lateral recruiting processesManage candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and communicationsSupport the Summer Associate Program and coordinate events, evaluations, and travelMaintain candidate and recruiting databasesProcess expense reports and assist with administrative tasks Skills Needed:Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle confidential information with discretionAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
