Seeking a temporary Office Services Clerk with 1+ year law firm experience to cover an immediate 4-month temporary assignment to primarily support litigation copy services, scanning and mailroom functions.
Responsibilities include supporting litigation copy jobs (copying, mailing, printing, and scanning); stocking copiers/peripheral equipment; perform reception functions by answering multi-line phone system to screen calls/take messages/route callers in a professional and helpful manner and receive/direct visitors; keeping visitor/delivery log; maintaining conference rooms, common areas, and kitchen to ensure cleanliness; overseeing location specific calendars and scheduling catering for meetings; coordinating copier/equipment repairs with service providers; retrieving sorting, and distributing incoming mail and assisting with outgoing mail/packages including shipping labels; working with Office Administrator to ensure library subscriptions are current and requests for new additions are approved, ordered and shelved accordingly.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word) and ability to operate computer/office equipment (multi-line phone system, presentation equipment, copiers/scanners) is required. Process excellent proofreading and time management skills; ability to work on multiple tasks independently and communicate effectively to respond to email and interact professionally with all levels of personnel. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Hours 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Hourly Range $21-22
