Work Location:
This role is primarily remote, with regular on-site requirements for local WCAB primarily in Oakland, though on occasion in the greater Bay Area, as well as client/team meetings at our Oakland or Concord office.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $130,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience + Benefits and a Very Competitive Bonus Program

Core Responsibilities:
Oversee and advocate a complete caseload from intake to resolution
Foster excellent communication with both the team and clients
Lead your case management team in delivering exceptional customer service
Represent the firm at company and community events

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a California applicant or defense attorney, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals
Licensure: Active California State Bar membership
Transportation: Valid California driver's license and the willingness to travel, occasionally overnight, to various boards in Northern California
Additional Information:
This role involves extensive interaction with the public and requires adherence to a professional dress code and demeanor. Client interactions are primarily conducted via phone and video meetings, though in-person client meetings are offered.
