Malibu Financial, LLC provides living-expense funding for injured workers with active Workers’ Compensation claims. We are seeking professional representation to ensure our liens are properly protected in settlement and trial proceedings.
Responsibilities include:
1. Appearing on behalf of Malibu Financial at lien conferences and lien trials
2. Presenting and defending the lien claimant’s position before the Judge
3. Negotiating lien settlements when possible
4. Preparing with our in-house attorney and team to ensure they are well-versed in our processes
Our office has two lien trials scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in Oakland, and Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. via teleconference.
