Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to represent our earplug brand at Portola Music Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a brand ambassador, engage with festival-goers, and earn great money while promoting a product that enhances the festival experience.
Responsibilities:
Work 5 hours on Day 1 of the festival as a brand ambassador.
Engage with festival attendees, promoting and giving away 50 packs of our earplugs.
Encourage attendees to post content on TikTok or Instagram in exchange for free earplugs.
Sell 50 additional packs with a 50% profit split.
Create excitement and interest around our earplugs, emphasizing their benefits in a loud festival environment.
Represent our brand in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
Requirements:
Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or promotions is a plus.
Active on social media, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Comfortable engaging with large crowds in a festival environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
