About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Associate to manage internal marketing and business projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for leading individual contributors, ensuring work quality and adherence to the SMART project management principles, and upholding the integrity and vision of our senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Daily Tasks: Prioritize and plan tasks, assign responsibilities, supervise and evaluate team performance, and write comprehensive monthly reports.
Long-Term Goals: Serve as the integrator of the company, supporting senior leadership in realizing strategic objectives through effective execution.
Ideal Candidate
Education: Biology background preferred; project management and marketing beneficial but not essential.
Experience: no prior experience necessary however 5+ years of marketing or project management preferred.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive work habits, excellent communication, accountability, assertiveness, and a strong work ethic.
