Maplebear Inc. D/B/A Instacart in San Francisco, CA seeks Marketing Manager, CRM (Multiple Openings).
Responsibilities: Responsible for building and managing effective CRM programs and related strategies to engage Instacart customers. Duties include: conceptualizing, creating, and managing revenue-driving and engagement initiatives with strategic marketing strategies including automated and personalized email marketing programs, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging; developing and improving complex customer experience journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content; leading the design of large-scale marketing campaigns, including tests, segmentation, and complex personalization logic, and ensuring accurate and timely deployment; managing CRM initiatives end to end, from strategy and creative approach to requirement gathering and optimization as well as comprehensive reporting and analysis to achieve desired business outcomes; developing rigorous incentive and content testing agendas to lead data-driven CRM campaigns in line with revenue targets, budget requirements, and other cross-functional business considerations; applying advanced quantitative and analytical skills to continuously evaluate, scale, and improve strategic marketing efforts; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental United States but will report directly to Instacart headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 2 years of experience creating CRM programs from conception through analysis; 2 years of experience working with complex marketing automation systems like ExactTarget, Braze, or Responsys; 2 years of experience applying knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws to execute email campaigns; 2 years of experience using SQL, Tableau, or similar to identify opportunities and analyze performance; and 2 years of experience developing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive incremental results.
