The Role

We are looking for a Senior Level Marketing Operations Leader who is a strategic problem solver with marketing and technology experience.
This person will be the lead on a team that supports our client's email marketing & social media programs including strategy, creative feedback, managing assets, setup, testing, tracking and improvements in the overall systems & processes. You may be working on one client or managing multiple clients depending on the business needs but must be ready to have fun and continually learn. The ideal candidate will be well versed in marketing concepts and processes, highly proficient in project management and maneuvering through large organizations, client-service focused and savvy in marketing technologies. You will lead quarterly business reviews, assist in aligning the right resources to our client’s projects and overseeing a team of marketers aligned to an account.
The Senior Marketing Operations Leader will be a strategic problem solver with marketing experience to drive the business for our client. It requires combination of strategy development and cross-functional leadership on execution of key initiatives. As a member of the broader team with our client, this person will also collaborate with other teams to translate strategy into pipeline by guiding campaigns and tactics.
Responsibilities
Responsible for our client’s product marketing strategy to guide PM and go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with our client’s product management and marketing campaign teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target personas.
Lead the development and execution of our client’s product messaging - testing and test analysis with the data analytics and data science teams
Collaborate with our client’s global marketing and campaign teams to translate strategy into execution tactics
Market intelligence—be the specialist on our client’s customers, who are they, how they buy and their use cases
Understand the competitive landscape—be a specialist on our client’s competition and how they are positioned
Understand and document our client’s target customer journeys, including their use cases, how they begin to research solutions, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make
Support our client’s product releases and own the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan
Requirements
Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
8+ years experience in the areas of Marketing, Demand Gen, MarTech and Marketing Operations
Marketing experience and working knowledge of SEO, social, email marketing, and PR
Strong analytical skills. Ability to self-serve data from tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
Highly proficient in marketing tools (i.e. Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Workfront, etc.)
Highly organized and able to respond to continuous requests from cross-functional and remote team
Ability to prioritize objectives and meet timelines
Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat attitude
Experience with and passion to stay on top of online marketing trends
Motivational leader who can influence non-direct reports
