We are a top-producing real estate team in Silicon Valley seeking a talented Part-Time Desktop Publisher to join our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate marketing design and understands how to communicate effectively with a highly qualified, discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials including property brochures, listing presentations, flyers, postcards, and digital collateral.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Leverage real estate tools (MLS, KW Command, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) to streamline and elevate marketing assets.
Tailor designs to appeal to a high-net-worth audience.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support listing launches.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in desktop publishing, marketing design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and real estate marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of design that resonates with affluent clientele.
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Experience in real estate or luxury branding is strongly preferred.
