Looking for someone in San Francisco to create an 8-9 foot tall photo backdrop that is black with big black and gold/beige feathers, flowers, gold, black balloons, and other accessories, etc. - something that is very elegant as it is a formal event. This is for my 50th birthday that will be held at a large event venue in SF on Fri. Feb. 7th. I realize this is short notice. It can be kept simple but would like it to be very elegant at the same time.
