What You’ll Do:
Lead the design process, translating client visions into dream spaces.
Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop floor plans, elevations, material selections, and overall project presentations.
Source materials, track specifications, and ensure selections align with project needs.
Interface with contractors, architects, fabricators, and vendors to bring designs to life.
Create mood boards, renderings, and style guides for client presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovative products, and new technologies.
Troubleshoot design challenges with confidence and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Adapt to shifting priorities and project demands while maintaining a high level of organization.
Foster strong relationships within the design community and represent the firm with professionalism.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in residential interiors.
Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in office and on-site.
Experience with AI-driven design tools (a plus).
Knowledge of Bluebeam and SketchUp (preferred).
