Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of architectural signage, graphics projects, and custom sign fabrication from conception to completion.
Collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure seamless project execution.
Utilize your design expertise to contribute creative insights and solutions throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a focus on innovation and quality.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements and address any technical or logistical challenges specific to architectural signage and custom sign fabrication.
Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors as needed to support project objectives.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in architectural signage, graphics projects, or custom sign fabrication.
Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
Experience using QuickBooks accounting software for project financial management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
