Studio Assistant:
Jennifer Daily is looking for a studio assistant ALL STAR to help tackle the diverse tasks associated with running a successful fine art business. The perfect candidate will be highly creative, a self-starter and problem-solver, learn quickly, and have a strong work ethic. This person will embody Jennifer’s aesthetics and goals as their own, work well on their own, and value good communication. The ideal candidate will have an artistic/creative passion and also be tech-savvy.
Responsibilities may include:
Packing and shipping original art
Framing original art
Photographing art for website
Editing product photos
Creating product listings
Editing collection emails
Procuring shipping supplies
Creating IG reels
Cleaning the studio
Managing/posting YouTube content and descriptions
Customer outreach
Customer support
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years relevant work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating effectively
Good understanding of social media platforms - Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube
Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom and Google Suite
Ability to lift up to 50lbs

As Jennifer’s business continues to grow, we're looking for a part-time assistant to come on board to help Jennifer with the day-to-day tasks of running the studio and business. We're looking for a person who is incredibly eager to learn about and participate in the business. The ideal candidate may be an aspiring artist or creative looking to build their own business. The position has room to expand as the company grows.

Role Title: Studio Assistant
Role Type: part-time, flexible, starting at 4 hours per week
Role Location: Jennifer’s studio in Alameda, CA.
Role Requirements: You will assist Jennifer in the day-to-day tasks associated with running an art studio and business. General items include: packing & shipping, social media, product photography, print order management, customer service, etc.
Role offer: $25/hr
