Our client, a well-established, high-end design company in San Francisco is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee a collaborative team specializing in luxury fabric and custom window treatment production.
We’re looking for a Cantonese-speaking leader with experience in retail, tailoring, or team management who’s ready to step into a corporate environment with structure, strong benefits, and career advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspire a team of 20+ across weaving, finishing, packaging, and shipping
Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and timelines are met
Manage inventory, logistics, and departmental coordination
Provide input on new products and help improve production efficiency
Qualifications:
Fluent in Cantonese (required)
3+ years of team leadership or production supervision experience
Background in retail, tailoring, custom goods, or fabric production preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Must work onsite in San Francisco, Monday through Friday
