Bookkeeping & Office Admin Duties
Immediate Opening Full-Time Accounts Payable/ Receivable; bookkeeping with QuickBooks experience.
We are an established small manufacturing company seeking a full-time admin assistant
knowledgeable and experienced in general bookkeeping practice and all areas of QuickBooks.
Responsibility will include accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.
Help with releasing purchase orders, as well as other office administrative duties.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, including the use of QuickBooks.
Must have strong organization & time management skills, accuracy & attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills
