Caliber Cabinets has been serving the Bay Area for over 25 years with custom cabinetry built on craftsmanship, integrity, and design excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our shop in Livermore, CA.
Position: Cabinet Maker / Woodworker
We are seeking an experienced woodworker with a passion for precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of cabinetry manufacturing or woodworking experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinetry and woodwork
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines with high-quality results
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of cabinetry manufacturing or custom woodworking experience
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and finishes
Ability to read shop drawings and cut lists
Familiarity with woodworking machinery and tools
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $24 – $31 per hour, depending on experience
Three-month probationary period to ensure role fit and skill alignment
