USK Manufacturing, Inc. is a small minority owned business specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication, machining and mechanical assembly . We are looking for a positive self-motivated individual that can easily adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment. The company has about 50 employees.
We have a sheet metal programmer position available now.
Responsibilities:
1. Create flat pattern layouts from scratch from drawings.
2. Create flat pattern layouts from unfolding 3D files.
3. Create G-Codes for Amada and Mitsubishi Laser and Turret Punches.
4. Create job travelers with work center routing and outside processes.
Requirements:
1. AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PROGRAMMING PRECISION SHEET METAL.
2. High school diploma.
3. Know how to read BOM lists and technical drawings.
4. Proficient in Solidworks, AP100US/Fabriwin.
5. Excellent communication and computer skills.
6. Proficient with basic functions of MS Office.
7. If you have ERP software experience, please state which software you have experience with.
8. Team player, positive attitude, ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
9. High attention to detail and precision.
