Woods Beer & Wine Co. is a family of bars, brewpubs, and wineries around the Bay Area seeking a motivated individual to join our production team in a hybrid cellar/delivery role.
Position Overview
Split role combining cellar work (3-4 days/week) and local deliveries (1-2 days/week) at our Treasure Island production facility. Perfect entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in craft brewing.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with clean record
Ability to lift 150+ lbs repeatedly
Reliable transportation to Treasure Island
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management
Basic mechanical aptitude
21+ years of age
Responsibilities
Cellar:
Cleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipment
Monitoring fermentation progress
Assisting with transfers and packaging
Basic quality control tasks
Maintaining cleaning logs and production records
Delivery:
Loading/unloading kegs and cases
Making deliveries to our retail locations and local accounts
Managing delivery scheduling and logistics
Maintaining delivery truck cleanliness and basic maintenance
Schedule
Full-time, hourly position
Weekday shifts
